chuptz means: The soundexclamation Chuptz can be used to describe a “macking” of the lips that one makes when they are upset about something. The sound can also be used in place of the word “Yeah” and I’ve noticed it is sounded off without any lip space, with no movement of the jaw, and between the upper and the lower teeth.
