worthday means: Alternative to celebrating a birthday, where one celebrates the anniversary of their greatest life achievement. The event is usually celebrated after 18 years of age, as that’s when people “make their bones.” The date for celebrations can change due to new accomplishments that can overtake past achievements. Worthdays that are celebrated later in life, which pay tribute to exceptional achievements, can be more meaningful than the birthday celebration. The term was created by Adam Carolla, Dr. Drew Show’s June 8th 2013 host. Matt Fondiler inspired it. (in Community Dictionary, added by Kenneth Floyd)
