Triple Lindy Brew means: This is the process of making six batches of 5 gallon homebrew with only two 15-gallon brew pots. As the boiling process progresses, the brew kettle is topped up with more wort and water until the volume reached the maximum capacity. Each fermenter will produce 4.5 gallons worth of wort, slightly more than what was desired. To top each fermenter, 0.5 gallons water are added to make 6 carboys.
