The Historian means: Elizabeth Kostova’s thriller novel. This novel is about a girl searching for her dad after he mysteriously vanishes. Her father told her stories about college years, but he disappeared before she could find the rest of his story. She received letters from her father containing the complete story. Her father and her mother were on a quest to find Vlad the Impaler (Dracula), in which they traveled through Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria.
