That One Ghetto Girl means: The girl who loves to eat hot Cheetos or Takis and dresses in ugly, cheap clothes. Sometimes they will wear headbands or bandanas for fashion. Even though she’s a hoe, this girl still calls others a hoe. She refers to her best friend as “best friend” and also calls other people a hoe. They talk in slang so that no one understands them. They usually wear filas, which are heavy and ugly shoes. They are usually white-colored or tan, but they call themselves “dark” and/or “black”. These guys have large hoops, and they try to be cool.
