Swillies means: These are the subhuman beings, if that’s what you want to call them, from North Prospect Plymouth. They can be seen at Central Park, intent on stealing the dinner money of their fourteen children by lurking. This area is best avoided. However, if you find yourself in North Prospect, it’s easy to identify. A trampoline will be found in all gardens, with children’s toys and a pitbull attached to each fence.
