squeaky-clean wedgie means: Combination of both a regular and a melvinfrontal weedgie. The attacker first gives the victim a normal wedgie, then pulls up the victim’s underwear at the front. Repeat this several times, usually with two people at each end pulling alternately. Notice: Underwear will not stay in place if the victim is wearing pantstrousers after a squeaky clean.
