Seatbelt Strangle means: When your seatbelt doesn’t let go of you, this is called a seatbelt strangle. Every time it tightens up, you get more. This happens when the belt becomes too tight and the belt slides back in place. Then suddenly, you can’t lean forward. This trapped feeling causes panic attacks and hyperventilation. You may soon require the assistance of another person to undock you and free you from the Seatbelt Stranglehold. You will feel exhilarated, happy and grateful that you have defeated an inanimate object. (in Community Dictionary, added by Celia Ramos)
