Papucha means: Croatian word for sliperpapucar. It is used mostly to refer to a man that has lost his man cards or, in other words: a man that’s pussywhiped. One man who is hounded for his insolence towards his girlfriend. Unidentified man that gets called five minutes after arriving at his friends’ house to share a beer and then every five minutes until he goes home, making up stupid excuses.
