Kensington Mouthwash means: Philadelphia is the home of the Curb Stomp, a famous maneuver that was made popular by American History X. It is also known as “Kensington Mouthwash”, and has been a favorite method of killing foes in Kensington’s predominantly ghetto neighborhoods. The Kenzo maneuver was adopted by all of the city, mostly to make fun of them. You must somehow force your opponent to the ground using The Kensington Mouthwash. You then force your opponent to open their mouth, and they will bite the curb. Then, apply enough force to the head of the victim, usually with a quick and decisive kick or stomp.
