Jolak means in slang: An ageist is a term that refers to someone under the age of 18. Also used to refer to someone younger than yourself. A term for someone who behaves childishly. It was created in an effort to highlight the issue of ageism. The idea was that the term would be as offensive as “******”, “****”, or “spastick” and cause more people to hate ageism.
