jobberish means in slang: Senior staff members use words like “Obviously usually many times” to describe a job to employees. They blatantly don’t know what they are talking. Employer using Jobberish tries to confuse the employee by giving lots of information very fast and using the word clearly many times to suggest that the employee doesn’t quite get the point.
