Joannael means in slang: Joannael refers to the name of the ship Jo Beth Harvelle uses, and Annael (aka Anna) on Supernatual. They never saw each other and both characters died while on the TV show. This has, naturally, never gotten in the way shipping before so it shouldn’t now. This ship is quite small, but very cool. Jo and Anna share many similarities with Dean and Castiel.
