Hannumas means: The Christian and Jewish holiday of Christmas and Hanukkah are combined. This is usually observed by interfaith families. Hannumas starts at sundown on December 24, and ends on January 1, eight days later. Hannumas is over, and the new year starts. Hannumas can be celebrated both with a tree or a menorah. Each night, small gifts are distributed as soon as the menorah has been lit. (in Community Dictionary, added by Mohamed Wise)
