Futt-Buckery means: Noun: The actions and tendencies that American middle-management has. They bore, infuriate and consternate their peers, underlings and associates through their pointless frippery and moronic mis-comprehension. Their appalling grasp of social interactions and mitigation circumstances and their pointless frippery. Finally topping off at heights including coffee-pot urinating hijinx, tire slashing hooliganism, sugar-in-the-gas-tank shenanigans and ultimately, culminating in demented office-park massacres, ala the film, God Bless America.
