Femetrosexual means: A metrosexual’s female counterpart. A metrosexual, a man who is predominately straight and comes off more like a homosexual, is the femetrosexual. It is as if: Metrosexual = Faggy Straight Boy then femetrosexual = dykie straight girl This term includes more than just tomboy, which is one kind of femetrosexual.
