- Contrary to what many believe, the expression “fat knacker” is often used to refer to someone who’s not really fat. Who is filling up their large gob with something that a person who is fat would eat? It refers to the fact that people get fat while eating, hence the name fat knacker. It can also be used as a description of someone who is simply insanely obese and tired of walking to the refrigerator. Note: I have nothing to do with fat people.
