Dry Stick means: This is the act of telling the beginning and middle of a story, but not revealing what the most important point is. This usually happens towards the end. It is common to tell secrets, sexual stories or gossip. The giving of the Dry Stick is usually when the author is talking and then realizes how ridiculous, stupid or embarrassing the tale or story is. After the person has regretted starting to tell the story, they give you the Dry Stick by not sharing the final section. See Wet Stick for instructions on how to redeem “Dry Sticks”.
