Color Blindness means: The inability to perceive or see colors differently under certain lighting conditions, also known as color blindness, is called color vision impairment. The term “Color Blind” can be misleading. There is not actual blindness, but there are faults in either one or both of the sets of retinal conuses that sense color and relay that information to optic nerve.
