Chill Day means: An extra day set aside to chill, observed every third Saturday in November. Chill Day is about chilling out, whether you’re sitting down, reading, listening to music or watching TV. Three University of Texas students came up with the idea for it. They wanted to be able to relax and do nothing. The event is held on the third Saturday in November.
