CAPAZCEPA means: CAPAZCEPA International Fraternity and Sorority of the Philippines. Established February 14, 1972, and officially recognized February 14, 1974 at Siliman University Dumaguete City in the Philippines. Other Notes The late Philippine President Ferdinand E. Marcos declared Martial Law on September 21st 1972. The Fraternity, along with other organisations became targets of military harassment. They believed that the Marcos regime was at risk from fraternities. Struggling with the Martial Law, which suspended fraternal or organizational activities at the collegiate level.
