altruistic narcissist means: One small group of Narcissists who use religion, politics and entertainment to build a base of generosity or appear helpful to gain credibility. To produce Narcissist Supply, all altruistic behavior is intended. Poor self-control, entitlement, self aggrandizement and complete lack of empathy are all factors that can lead to negative outcomes for others. All behavior must be self-motivated. People are to be used and then discarded if they no longer serve their purposes. The discard is usually followed by the opportunity to be hovered into for the recycling of Narcissist supplies.
