Aliso Viejo means: Aliso Viejo, a small city with approximately 40,000 middle- to upper class residents is located in South Orange County. The town is home to one high-school and the Aliso Viejo Town Center, or simply called “the center”. It’s centrally located between San Diego, Los Angeles and San Francisco and is the perfect place to go to the movies or eat at a fast-food joint. Because the city is master-planned, residents and police have an obligation to investigate every minor offense. Middle school students have had their bikes parked on sidewalks ticketed by the police, while residents are furious when houses are painted too bright. “.
